Let Only Fee

A Let only fee of £295 (In addition to the Listing fee) is payable upon finding suitable tenants for your property and for the signing of the contacts between ourselves (on your behalf) and the tenant.

You will then be responsible for the collect of rent and for the property itself, we will send you a copy of all documentation held by us on the tenant i.e. application form, references and ID. You also will be responsible in Securing the deposit with a Tenancy deposit scheme (new government legislation).

Property Management

Our fee of 10% per calendar month on rents collected. We will be responsible for the collection of rent, issues or problems with the property. We will be the main point of contact for the tenant so therefore you will not have any dealings with the tenant yourself. Our maintenance service is available for all those small issues that can occur during a Tenancy we charge a 10% maintenance fee on all works carried out.
