We have two options to offer our landlords they are Full Management of the property or Let only. A list of the services we provide for each option is set out below:

Full Management

  • Free Rental Appraisal of your property
  • Marketing of your property
  • Review of its Energy Performance Certificate status
  • Arranging accompanied viewings
  • Sourcing suitable tenant(s)
  • Carrying out credit & reference checks
  • Setting up legally binding Tenancy Agreement
  • Lodging of the Deposit with Tenancy Deposit Scheme
  • Carrying out move-in inspection
  • Ongoing collection of rents & monthly payments to landlord
  • Conducting regular property inspections
  • Advising on any repairs that may be necessary
  • Monthly online statements for our landlords
  • Provision of full rent accounts and provide to your account for HMRC

Full Management fee structure

Listing Fee £65 +VAT | 10% +VAT on monthly rent

Let Only

  • Arranging accompanied viewings
  • Sourcing suitable tenant(s)
  • Credit & reference checks
  • Setting up legally binding Tenancy Agreement

Let Only fee structure

Residential
Setup & Admin Fee One Months rent +Vat | Listing fee £65 +VAT

Commercial
Setup & Admin Fee 5% +Vat of Total lease value | Listing fee £65 +VAT
