When you rent through Midas, we conduct a full Property Condition Report before you move into the property. This will detail any defects that are in the property, therefore not leaving you liable, As throughout the years we have heard many stories from our tenants having issues with previous tenancies as the agent did not conduct this report.

We also make paying your rent, deposits or any other fees very easy, we accept online payments. Or we can setup a standing order to pay your rent directly from your bank account.
